Minimum Contract Terms
Marketing Services
All marketing packages provided by Edworthy Media and Technology Limited are subject to a minimum contract term of six (6) months, unless otherwise specified in writing.
A 30-day written cancellation notice is required to terminate a marketing agreement. Any invoices issued during the cancellation notice period will remain payable in full.
Technology Services
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all technology-related packages — including but not limited to offsite backups, IT support contracts, and Microsoft 365 services — require a minimum cancellation notice of 30 days.
Any invoices generated within the cancellation notice period will remain due and payable.
Website Design Terms
All website design packages have the requirement for either a) 50% deposit payable upfront at the time of signing the contract or b) a monthly payment plan for either the full package price or the remaining 50%.
You have the right to modify, reject, cancel or stop all work in progress. However, you agree to reimburse us for all costs and expenses we incur prior to you wanting to change instructions which relate to non-cancellable commitments.
